Types of flow and how can we create WO in process flow?

Standard Flow :

•  StandardFlow, we can enable creating work object in Process tab >> Create new Work Object.
•  Flow Type is FlowStandard.

Screen Flow :

• This checkbox Create New Work Object in Process tab would be disabled for screen flow. 
• Flow Type is ScreenFlow
