Explain Case Dependency with examples

Case Dependency is a scenario where parent case is depending on the child case.

Example :

There is a Support Request (SR) raised by Customer. It goes through Support Engineer.
Support Engineer tries to crack it, if not possible he would raise an Engineering Request (SE).
Here SR is the parent case, SE is the child case.
To resolve SR, we need to resolve SE : once engineering team gives solution, then SE would be resolved. Once SE is resolved, then only SR can be resolved. This is a case depending on another case.
