In the AutoMobile Sales application, we are building we have four developers. Then its better to create four operator ID's by saving with respective names.
You can create developer operator ID's just by doing a Save as of existing operator ID as below:
Operator ID : pavan // one of the developers who would be working on tasks. Like wise, we can create for all the operators.
Same way, we can create operator ID's for DemoUser and DemoMgr, where only user portal would be shown to user.
Operator ID : DemoUser
Access Group : AuMobSales.Users
